Transformational Ministry or TM, is a process of discerning God's purpose for
us based on the biblical truth that God is active in the world and wants to bless
the world. God uses our churches to proclaim this blessing. TM is a ministry
sponsored by Region 8 of the ELCA, and hosts yearly, bible based retreats for
pastors and congregational leaders to guide congregations in discerning their
purpose. The above formula is key to accomplishing God's purpose for us, and
is used as the formula for our Transformational Ministry events.
